Shipping policy

Delivery services:

We offer free Express Domestic and Standard International shipping on all orders.

Express International shipping is available at a calculated cost based on the destination, calculated at checkout.

Tracking is provided for all services.

Delivery times:

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days.  We ship all orders using Australia Post.  Once the item has been shipped the delivery timeframe is out of our hands.

Standard domestic shipping usually takes 3-8 business days (some interstate and rural deliveries can take up to 14 business days).  Standard international shipping usually takes 10-15 business days (some international deliveries can take up to 21 business days).

Express domestic shipping usually takes 1-3 business days (some express interstate and rural deliveries can take up to 5 business days).  Express international shipping usually takes 7-10 business days (some express international deliveries can take up to 14 business days).

Customs Fees:

Extra duties and taxes may apply to the following regions: Asia, South America, Africa, and some European countries that are not members of the EU. During the checkout process, a message will appear for applicable countries once the shipping destination has been selected. Henry Warden will not be responsible for any customs and duties charged to a customer.
